- Prices of our items are Non-Negotiable.
- All our items are BRAND NEW unless stated otherwise and except for items found under the category and/or labelled "2nd Loves".
- 2nd Loves items are items in Excellent Used Condition (EUC).
- All items are available in stock unless stated "Sold" / "Sold Out". We cannot always guarantee the availability of products. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
- We have made every effort to describe every possible detail we see on condition and as detailed as possible with every intention of giving you the best description of the item. We also try to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and photos of our products online. However, the colours on every monitor display differs.
- All measurements provided are estimated or/and approximated values for general reference only.

Payment Options
Misse-Masche accepts
- Internet/ATM Bank Transfers to POSB/UOB Accounts
- Cash-On-Delivery (COD) are strictly for order amount SGD50 and above in one single purchase
Kindly note that payment is expected within 48hours of order confirmation (except for COD orders).
Otherwise, the order will be considered void and item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
Shipping & Delivery
A confirmation e-mail/sms will be sent to you within the next 24hours once an order has been received.
We will arrange to deliver all orders within the next 2 working days (Mon-Fri) after successful transaction.
All items are shipped via Singpost. Meet-ups are strictly for bulky/fragile items.
For transaction amount SGD50 and above in a single purchase/order, buyer can opt for meet-up and COD.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices stated are inclusive of Singapore local normal postage except for sale of Gift Certificates.
Postage charges for sale of Gift Certificates will be borne by buyer.
Postage charges will be advised to you if you prefer your item(s) to be delivered via Registered Mail.
Please note that we will not be responsible for lost of mail through normal postage or damages through postage.
Meet-ups for bulky/fragile items are strictly done upon payment/deposits.
Meet-up timing and location are strictly at Misse-Masche's convenience.
For International buyers, kindly drop us a mail prior to placing your order.
Returns & Exchange/Refunds
Misse-Masche do not accept any Returns & Exchange or Refund.
Rest assured all our items are carefully and thoroughly checked through before sending out.
