Listed are some Frequently Asked Questions. As we grow, we will try to improve on the list so that your doubts can be cleared immediately.

1. How can I place an order/ make a purchase on the item(s) I like?
> Click on the [Click here to Buy Now] link beside the price tag of the item and this item will be added to your Shopping Bag. To add other items, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, otherwise, click on the "Go To Payments" button to check out the items. To check on the items in your Shopping Bag, click on the "Shopping Bag" link on the top navigation pane.

2. How can I check on my order?
> When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email within the next 24hours of placing the order. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please drop us an email and we will attend to you shortly.

3. How can I pay for my order/item(s)?
> Misse-Masche accept Internet/ATM Bank transfer via POSB or UOB, just simply choose which bank you would like to use for the transfer when prompt for payment. We also accept Cash-On-Delivery for total amount SGD50 and above in a single purchase.

4. How do I pay for my order/item(s)?
> Together with the Order Confirmation that you will receive after placing an order, we will advise you on the payment details, i.e. Bank Account Number to transfer the monies to.

5. Can I order from outside the Singapore?
> Do drop us an email for further information.

6. What if the item I am looking for is no longer shown on the website?
> If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact us to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.

7. Can I modify or adjust my order?
> Due to Misse-Masche's efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

8. How quickly do you ship?
> Misse-Masche will ship out the item(s) within 2 working days upon receiving full payment by you.

9. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
> Sorry, we do not accept returns/exchange/refund at the moment.

10. What if the item is not in stock?
> All our items are available in stock unless stated "Sold Out".

11. How can I purchase a Misse-Masche Gift Certificate?
> Just drop us a mail to tell us the amount and in which denomination you prefer. We will send it to you shortly after receiving full payment by you.

12. How can the Gift Certificate be used?
> Redeem it online along with your purchase.

13. What if I haven't received my item(s)?
> We will drop you an sms/email to inform you once the item(s) have been sent out. However, we will not be responsible for lost mails.

14. What are 2nd Loves item(s)?
> 2nd Loves items are items that are in Excellent Used Condition. Usually, they are items that are washed but not worn or worn once or twice only.

15. There's something wrong with the shopping cart?
> Should there be any problem with the shopping cart, would really appreciate if you could inform us of the problem and send in your orders manually to misse.masche@gmail.com. Please include your contact details and the items you would like to purchase in your mail. Thank you.
